Clubhouse Hours and Operations:

Clubhouse Keys:
Access to the clubhouse is by electronic key fob only. One key fob is issued to each unit. Units with multiple owners or used as rental unit, should leave the key fob assigned to the unit. If you have recently purchased a unit in the community, the seller should have passed the clubhouse key fob to the new owner. Replacement (not additional) key fobs can be obtained from Advantage Management and the replacement cost is $25.00. When a key fob is reported lost or stolen, it will be deactivated before a new one is issued. Advantage Management will send a new key fob once payment has been received.

Clubhouse Amenities:

The inside space of the clubhouse has several table and chairs available for seating or setting up a food station/etc. These items are to remain inside the building and not removed to be used outside or to a residence.

Food should be brought to the clubhouse ready to go and to be used during the reservation window as there in NO fridge and NO stove for storing or cooking/warming food.

Paper supplies, soap, cleaners, and garbage bags are onsite for convenience and use. Please report low or empty stock of items when filling out the exit paperwork for your reservation.

This space is very much like an extension of your own home and the cleaning is left up to the owners to keep in good condition for the next person.

Please match your expectation of this facility with the reality that the clubhouse is not a professional building with a cleaning staff.

This is a pack-it-in/pack-it-out facility. Please remove all garbage and items from the building when your reservation is over and leave it ready for the next reservation.
Important Notice – Loud Siren Alarm in Service:

The double doors must be secured while in use and the stationary double door locked in place (top and bottom latches) when you leave from your reservation. Due to frequent security breaches through unsecured doors and the type of doors that were originally installed by the builder, a siren has been installed to alert when the doors remain open or unlatched for more than 30 minutes. This includes ALL doors to the clubhouse. The delay in alarm is to allow for coming and going, but even while using the facility, the doors should conscientiously be kept closed or monitored for time to avoid hearing the siren. It is very piercing in decibels and we don’t want it to disrupt your gathering.
Clubhouse Reservations
Please double check your web portal’s calendar for availability. The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

To reserve the clubhouse please follow the instructions below. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. Once approved your event will be placed on the calendar on your web portal. Please note that just calling or emailing us to see if the date is available does not confirm your reservation. You must fill out the form below and we must receive payment before your reservation is confirmed.

The clubhouse Great Room / Pavilion (as ONE reservation for both areas) can be reserved for private events by HOA members. Commercial events, weddings, or parties exceeding parking availability are not allowed. Remember: there is NO STREET PARKING within the community, so plan accordingly with guests.

Please note that special considerations will be taken for clubhouse reservations on the following major holidays or events:
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, 24th of July and Labor Day and the Super Bowl – These will be determined by a random drawing 45 days before the date of the event. Names will be drawn at random from the list of residents who have asked that their names be placed in the drawing no more than 90 days and not less than 45 days before the event date.
Your reservation is for a 4 hour block of time. The time reserved includes your setup, take down, and cleaning time.
To Reserve the Clubhouse
To reserve the clubhouse, please select whether you are a Homeowner or a Renter. Please follow the instructions.
Homeowner
Homeowners will need to log into their web portal at springcreekpayson.com to make a clubhouse reservation request. If you have any questions about your web portal, or how to login, please reach out to our office at 801-235-7368 or email us at hoahelp@amres.co.
Once you are logged into your web portal go to the "My Items" tab located in the left sidebar. Click on "Submit a Request" and then select "Reservation Request." Fill out the form located on this page. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. If you do not get a confirmation please email us at hoahelp@amres.co.
The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.
Renter
For renters interested in booking the clubhouse, please CLICK HERE to access the reservation form. After submitting the form, expect a confirmation email within 24-48 business hours. In case you don't receive it, kindly contact the association at hoahelp@amres.co.
Remember, the clubhouse is allocated based on a first-come, first-served policy.
Cancel a Reservation
To cancel a reservation, please email us at hoahelp@amres.co with your name, property address, community name, and the date of your reservation. Please cancel at least 3 days prior to the reservation date for regular dates and 7 days in advance for Holidays.
Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist
