The Pebblewood Estates clubhouse is located at 93 South 610 East in American Fork.

Clubhouse Keys:

Access to the clubhouse is by electronic key fob only. One key fob is issued to each unit. Units with multiple owners or used as rental unit, should leave the key fob assigned to the unit. If you have recently purchased a unit in the community, the seller should have passed the clubhouse key fob to the new owner. Replacement (not additional) key fobs can be obtained from Advantage Management and the replacement cost is $50.00. When a key fob is reported lost or stolen, it will be deactivated before a new one is issued. Advantage Management will send a new key fob once payment has been received.

Clubhouse Rules

  • Shirts and shoes are required in the social areas of the clubhouse.

  • Do not sit on clubhouse furniture if wet or dirty from swimming or exercising.

  • Please keep noise to a minimum to respect others who may be reading or relaxing.

  • If others are waiting, please use clubhouse facilities in turn.

  • No unauthorized access, propping open doors, or jumping over gates/fences. The facility is key card access only.

  • No alcohol is permitted in the clubhouse or pool area.

  • Smoking is prohibited in the clubhouse, as per the Utah Clean Air Act.

  • Food and beverages are allowed in the clubhouse with proper care.

  • No pets allowed in the clubhouse or gym (except for emotional support/service animals).

  • Please leave the clubhouse area clean after use.

  • No running, roughhousing, or loud music. Keep volume low on music and TV.

  • The number of guests at one time may not exceed 12 unless prior approval is given.

  • Guests must be accompanied by a Pebblewood homeowner/resident. Anyone in the clubhouse without an owner/resident present will be asked to leave immediately.

  • The Pebblewood Owners Association and its management are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs in or around the clubhouse or pool area.

  • By using the clubhouse and pool, all residents and guests agree to hold the HOA, its members, and officers harmless from any claims or lawsuits arising from their use of these facilities.

Fitness Area/Exercise Room

  • Users must wipe down equipment after each use. Cleaning supplies will be provided.

  • Report any misuse or malfunctioning equipment to management.

  • Use the fitness area and equipment at your own risk.

Clubhouse Reservations

Please double check your web portal’s calendar for availability. The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

If you are renter, please see the communities calendar for availability. You don't need to log in to access it. Simply visit the community website and click on the "Calendar & Events" tab on the left-hand side.

To reserve the clubhouse please follow the instructions below. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. Once approved your event will be placed on the calendar on your web portal. Please note that just calling or emailing us to see if the date is available does not confirm your reservation. You must fill out the form below and we must receive payment before your reservation is confirmed.

Please note the following:

  • The clubhouse may be reserved by homeowners/residents for private functions, bu the owner must be in attendance at all times.

  • Reservations may not be made more than two months in advance. Owners are limited to one reservation at a time. Special arrangements may be made with board approval via hoahelp@amres.co.

  • The clubhouse reservation excludes bathrooms and changing areas. The pool, exercise room, hot tub, changing rooms, and restrooms remain open to all residents.

  • The owner is responsible for the conduct of all guests and liable for any damages caused by them.

  • Owners are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged items. Associated costs will be charged to the owner's account, and a lien will be filed if unpaid after 30 days.

  • The HOA will charge $50 per hour for cleaning the clubhouse if required.

  • Owners who are not in good standing due to unpaid HOA dues or fines will not be allowed to make clubhouse reservations.

There is a $40.00 fee for a 3 hour block of time. The time reserved includes your setup, take down, and cleaning time.

To Reserve the Clubhouse

To reserve the clubhouse, please select whether you are a Homeowner or a Renter. Please follow the instructions.

Homeowner

Homeowners will need to log into their web portal at http://portal.amres.co/?c=0PWE to make a clubhouse reservation request. If you have any questions about your web portal, or how to login, please reach out to our office at 801-235-7368 or email us at hoahelp@amres.co.


Once you are logged into your web portal go to the "My Items" tab located in the left sidebar. Click on "Submit a Request" and then select "Reservation Request." Fill out the form located on this page. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. If you do not get a confirmation please email us at hoahelp@amres.co.

The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

Renter

For renters interested in booking the clubhouse, please CLICK HERE to access the reservation form. After submitting the form, expect a confirmation email within 24-48 business hours. In case you don't receive it, kindly contact the association at hoahelp@amres.co.

 

Remember, the clubhouse is allocated based on a first-come, first-served policy.

Cancel a Reservation

To cancel a reservation, please email us at hoahelp@amres.co with your name, property address, community name, and the date of your reservation. Please cancel at least 3 days prior to the reservation date for regular dates and 7 days in advance for Holidays.

Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist
