Clubhouse Rules
These are the rules you must agree to in order to reserve and use the clubhouse. Failure to comply will result in loss of deposit as well as loss of clubhouse privileges in some cases.
-
The Pemberley Clubhouse is available to residents for use in hosting both private parties and community events. Residents must be in good standing with HOA dues to reserve the Clubhouse for a private party. Only residents are permitted to reserve the Clubhouse. Non-residents are not permitted to reserve the clubhouse.
-
Do not prop open the clubhouse doors or allow non-residents to use your key fob at any time. Violations may result in the loss of clubhouse privileges. Propping the doors open for a minute while you unload or load your vehicle is acceptable, but anything beyond that is not. The clubhouse now has a doorbell for guests who do not have a key fob.
-
A reservation must be arranged for any parties of four or more people to use the clubhouse.
-
Wet swimwear is not allowed in the clubhouse except in the restrooms.
-
Do not stand on furniture.
-
Pets are not allowed into the clubhouse or the pool area.
-
Open flames such as from candles are not allowed at all in the clubhouse.
-
Do not tamper with or move security cameras.
-
While furniture may be moved to different positions around the room, it is a violation to remove anything hanging on the walls such as artwork or decorative items.
-
Affixing decorations to the walls with tacks, Command hooks, or tape is not allowed.
-
Events are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents are permitted to reserve the Clubhouse up to twice a month for four hours at a time. Setup and cleaning must occur within that 4-hour block. The Clubhouse may be reserved until midnight for private functions. Reservation confirmation will be handled by Advantage Management.
-
Pemberley HOA Committees, Board, and social organizations may reserve the Clubhouse for meetings as many times per month as needed. The person in charge of the meeting will be responsible for ensuring that the facility is left in a clean condition, including removal of trash, food, and beverages, as well as returning all furniture to its original location.
-
Reservation of the Clubhouse is limited to use of the common room and kitchen. The pool, hot tub, exercise room, lawn areas, and parking lots may not be reserved. The theater may be reserved by residents by following the Theater Reservation Procedure.
-
The Clubhouse must be thoroughly cleaned after use and left in the same good condition it was prior to the function. The Association reserves the right to levy additional charges for any required additional cleaning or damage.
-
No private events shall be scheduled more than a year in advance. The Association reserves the right to refuse use of the facilities for any purpose it deems to be detrimental to or not in the best interests of its members. It further reserves the right to refuse use of the facility on any dates and at any time it deems inappropriate or inconvenient.
-
CLUBHOUSE PARKING. During clubhouse hours, parking in front of the clubhouse is reserved for those using the clubhouse. Unless you have business in the clubhouse, you are prohibited from parking in the clubhouse parking spots. Parking around the center island roundabout is not permitted nor is any street parking. If clubhouse parking is full, guests visiting the clubhouse may park elsewhere in any open parking spot in the community or on 1300 West.
