If you require a new electronic key fob for access to the community clubhouse or pool, kindly complete the form below. Upon receiving your request, we'll provide payment instructions. Your new key fob will be issued following payment confirmation. For any queries, reach out to us at hoahelp@amres.co. Please note, issuance of a new key fob is contingent on payment completion.

I understand that I will need to make a payment after submitting my request. If I do not pay the required fee for an electronic key fob to the clubhouse/pool, A new key will not be issued to me.

I understand that if I report the key lost or stolen, it will be deactivated before a new one is issued.

I understand that only one (1) key is issued to a unit at a time.
